We advocate a new approach to sport where “well-being” is linked to training the body and mind. An invitation to let go, to pleasure and to surpass yourself is offered to you thanks to our group muscle strengthening and well-being classes in small groups designed to bring you balance and inner harmony.

A warm and bright place, on a human scale of 40 m² which can accommodate up to 8 people located on the ground floor of an interior courtyard of a residence, garden view, near Gambetta, Paris 20th.

Inside, a cozy atmosphere, cozy decoration, dimmed lights and equipment adapted to each session for a feeling like at home conducive to well-being and positive energy.
